What are Static Components?

Static components are non-interactive elements that provide content to create the context of a digital experience. They include text boxes, images, videos, popups, audio, and iframes/webpages.

How to Add Static Components

  1. Make sure you are in Screen Panel view.

  1. Click on the icon for the static component type you want to add to the screen. You can hover over the icons to see what each represents.

  2. The component will appear on the main canvas where you can edit it further.

How to Edit Components

  1. Select the component. A green, dashed border will appear along with a menu on top.
    1. The component menu will allow you to…
      • Edit the contents
      • Copy the component
      • Delete the component
      • Move a component above or below another (+/-).

  1. The Right Panel is another area where you can edit depending on the component type. Select “Component” on the Right Panel to make more customizations.
