What is Starting with Simple Author on-your-own digital lesson?

In four mini-trainings, you can learn the basics of Simple Author to create an engaging lesson you can immediately use to introduce yourself, your course, or your program to others!

Each module will be less than 15 minutes to do if you aren’t building along or 15 to 60 minutes if you are building along, which we hope you’ll want to do!

How do I start the training?

Here are the steps to get into the lesson sequence. Please use Chrome as your browser.

  1. Open the link to the first module (of four)

    1. Module 1 “What is a Simple Author?
  2. Select Begin Lesson (And confirm you are not a robot!).

  3. Select Start Attempt and go through Module 1!

    1. Surveys will be peppered throughout the modules to collect your thoughts and feedback. We’re actively improving these modules, so your feedback could help others.
  4. You are finished with Module 1 when you reach the big teal checkmark!

  1. You can then complete the other modules or take a break and come back later. But make sure that you complete all FOUR modules!

    <aside> 👉 You can take breaks between modules, but once you start a module, make sure to complete the module in a sitting. Since you are a guest, if you restart it’ll go back to the beginning.
