<aside> 👉 After you do this the first time, you may need to do this again if Argos/Torus asks you to log in AFTER you go though the Infiniscope website. You should never have to log into Argos/Torus, but sometimes they don’t sync. (This is actively being fixed, so it won’t be an issue in the future!) 💃

In Torus, there are three different spaces: Student, Instructor, and Author. To design lessons, you need to have an Authoring account. Follow these steps to create one!

  1. Go to Infiniscope.org and log in on the top right. You may be logged in already.

  2. Switch educator mode to On in the top bar.

  3. Go to Phases of the Moon (yes, even if you are not looking to use that resource).

    1. If you don’t use that link, search for Phases of the Moon. Select "Educator Info" across the top of the card. Select view resources.

  4. Scroll all the way to the bottom and select Customize to get started.

  5. A new tab will open up with your Argos account. (Huzzah!)

  6. Now close that Argos tab. (Yes, the one that just opened. This seems counterintuitive, but it was needed to complete the account creation process. Now that tab isn’t needed.)
